HealthCare Specialties, LLC - PD Pack for Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) patients

The PD-T-PACK^TM is a practical, convenient thermal carrying case for transporting pre-heated dialysate bags for active Peritoneal Dialysis patients on CAPD modality. It is designed to carry either two or three bags (shown) of PD fluid and maintain them at body temperature for up to 15 hours without need of electricity or any other external means with which to conserve heat.

It is manufactured using state-of-the-art materials designed to maximize the PD-T-PACK^TM's heat-conserving properties. The removable, relatively small yet flexible heating compress is microwaved for a few minutes before it is re-inserted in the PD-T-PACK^TM's thermal compartment, which then for 15 hours provides constant heat radiation to the PD bags. Substituting the compress heating element at night with a specially designed electric heating pad, the PD bags can be heated to be at body temperature by morning.

The lid of the PD-T-PACK™ has a compartment to carry HealthCare Specialties' PD-POLE^TM — a portable, lightweight I/V pole — as well as a removable "Medi-Tray" to make all the components necessary for efficient and sterile, multiple PD exchanges readily accessible.

Available in Navy Blue. It folds for convenient transport and storage when empty.
