This Internet-driven (although not exclusively) complete home improvement service uses artificial intelligence methods as the basis for its design (CAD) systems. RemodelExpress provides questionnaire-driven input by the homeowner to start the home remodeling analysis, design, estimating and mortgage financing process.
Estimated savings to consumers will range between 15 percent and 20 percent overall compared to current industry-standard prices in an industry that generates an estimated $175 billion annually.
The original "logic" for both the RemodelExpress questionnaires and the expert system software is derived from The Real Exchange Corporation and inventor George Militzer's extensive architectural practice.
Participation in the launching of this project should be derived from industries whose business would directly benefit and increase from the Company's activities. These include a large mortgage banking firm, a construction materials retailer and a computer hardware manufacturer.
We project that RemodelExpress will generate $60 billion to $70 billion in secondary and refinance-type mortgage loan business, $8 billion to $10 billion in construction material sales, and $1.7 billion in computer hardware sales annually.

Projected revenues - $130,000,000.
