Militzer is responsible for inventing, designing, developing and marketing medical devices specializing in the Peritoneal Dialysis field. He holds U.S. patents on several medical devices, including the PD-BELTTM, PD-BRACETM, PD-T-PACKTM, HomePoleTM / PD-POLETM and others.
The Company currently has three fully developed products. Developing the remaining medical devices and services has an additional capital requirement of $10,000,00. The Company projects that, for a maximum of 46 percent equity interest, the $10,000,000 infusion of capital should be achievable. Projected revenues are $34,000,000.
